DBYTE RELEASE HISTORY
Every semantic release tag from the interpreter seed to the current stable machine foundation. Old code stays old. New claims do not travel backward in time.

20 shortest learning path
V0 and V1 explain where the interpreter, VM and binary tooling came from. V7 through V10 are the hardware oracle years. V11 owns the native compiler and DByteOS machine path. V12 turns the language into one shared semantic system, adds owned runtime values, modern native targets, a flatter VM and first-party collections, then Native MIR, bounded O1 optimization and deterministic allocation. V13.0 seals the software and virtual x86_64 machine foundation, v13.1 carries the portability/native-float predecessor work, and v13.2 closes the native GNU/Linux host plus named BIOSTAR physical qualification.
MACHINE NOTE. History is not a feature checklist. A later release can know more without making an earlier release secretly smarter.
