Same language, cleaner release.
13.4.1 fixes the release process and package identity. Both OS builds were checked twice. The original 13.4.0 files were left alone.
Local annotated tag: v13.4.1. This is historical software evidence; it does not supersede the current 13.5.0 documentation. No physical BIOSTAR qualification is claimed for 13.4.1.
What was fixed
Version 13.4.1 is a distinct local offline maintenance release of the 13.4 compiler line, not a new language grammar release. Its changes concern build identity, reproducible clean-source packaging and verification, while the 13.4 compile-time and experimental graphics/PCM capabilities keep their original boundaries.
The offline seal records Windows and Debian/Linux workspace tests, Clippy, native compile-time positive/negative acceptance, source/manifest identity, Stage-1/Stage-2 frontend fixed points and two independent byte-identical package builds. Original 13.4.0 archives remain unchanged.
Only 13.5.0 adds the bounded compile-time for range() and local recursive fn contract. See 13.5 restrictions rather than applying them retroactively.
